Mut is a district and town located in Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the Taurus Mountains, to the east of Mersin. Mut is known for its natural beauty, with a number of forests, rivers, and streams in the area. The district is also home to a number of historical and cultural sites, including the Mut Castle, the Mut Archaeological Museum, and the Mut Temple. In addition to its historical and cultural attractions, Mut is also an important agricultural region, with a variety of crops grown in the area, including cereals, legumes, and fruits.
